To insure prompt and proper shipment please provide all necessary information. Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to consider each order or addition, as separate and subject to the terms and conditions as herein outlined.
Special Orders require a written purchase order mailed, faxed or emailed to Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. Written orders must specify manufacturer, item number and or exact measurements where necessary. Special shipping and or delivery requests must also be in writing. No order for custom materials will be processed unless written with exact information. A non-refundable deposit of 50% required with order. Special ordered items are non-returnable.
Terms are net 30 days to qualified accounts, unless quoted otherwise. A 1-1/2% per month service charge will be strictly adhered to on all invoice amounts 30 days or more past due of invoice terms.
Credit Card Payments
Credit cards will be accepted within 15 days of invoice date. A 3% late charge will be added to all Visa, Master Card and Discover transactions and a 4% to all American Express transactions paid after that period.
Any Sales Tax for which we may be liable on any sale will be charged to and paid by the buyer. Resale Certificates must be furnished by the buyer, prior to sale..
Items may be picked up or delivered at the customers request. Additional fees may apply. Additional items may be added to freight exceptions. Request a quote.
All claims must be made within ten days after receipt of merchandise. If any shipment is received in a damaged condition your claim must be filed with the delivering carrier and damages must be noted on the freight bill before you accept the merchandise. Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
All returns are subject to our written approval, and must be accompanied by a “RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION” (RMA) form obtained from Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd., prior to shipment. Date of original purchase and invoice number must be included in the request for an RMA. Material returned for credit, if in original condition and resellable, is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned materials must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Special order items are not returnable.
All products Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. sells carry the manufacturers’ warranties and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. There are no other warranties or representations of any kind expressed or implied by Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. The customer will be responsible for transportation, labor costs, and any other incidental expenses in connection with warranty repair or replacement.
Bermuda Pool Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for damages caused by any products.
